I am looking to redo my office in a very minimalist Ikea look to it and am looking for a case that can sit out in the open, but not draw attention to itself.

I'm looking to build an i7 with a budget of around $1000 so its going to be a top notch machine. Just need to make sure it looks right to fit in with the office.

So far all I have found that I really like is this Lian Li case
Pretty

I would like to find one with a similar design, but in brushed steel or aluminum.
Any suggestions??

Here is an idea of what I want my desktop to look like
Pretty 2
Although I will have 3 monitors on it instead of just the one.

iMac+ extra monitor and my Pc with a 24" Dell display.

Here is an idea of my office set up
This chair in beech with black leather sits in the corner as a reading chair
Floor lamp
table lamp
A storeage system like this along the wall opposite the computer desk.

What sort of GPU? Any cooling issues?

This is kind of interesting - sort of a modern, industrial look to it. Only three reviews, but they all rave about it. Cheap too (but no fans included).

This one is kind of steep in price, but has an very clean look:

Another clean Gigabyte case:

I have crossfired HD 4850's installed:

Temperatures are as follows:

In the street (southern Spain): 38ºc
Idle: 53ºc
Load: low to mid sixties (gaming)

Obviously overclocking is precluded or at least very limited in this scenario, but I like the sleek looks of the lc17, and the graphics are more than enough to run everything on high on my 32" 720p Samsung tv. PM me if you want further information, I don't want to derail ProfJohn's thread.

One other thing, I have a Zalman 9500 fitted: nothing taller will fit in this case.
