Looking for a case that meets these criteria

We are trying to choose a case to use to build several office computers. The case must meet the following criteria:

1) The case must have a mechanism to allow the case to be locked down to a desk with a cable. A case with a tab that protrudes from the back of the case would work well, allowing us to both lock the case shut and lock it to the desk.

2) The case (and power supply) should be quiet.

3) Front USB and Firewire ports are needed. Front audio ports would be an asset.

How about the Lian-Li v1000, although it doesn't have a PSU, you'd have to supply that.

look at the coolermaster cases like the centurion 5, and praetorian - a lot of them have what you are looking for.
