Looking for a Cartoon

I am looking for a cartoon titled "Requirements gone bad". It was a sequence of diagrams showing how a business's requirements were misinterpreted by the IT department. The diagrams showed an example for a Swing. It meant that - all the business wanted was a big tire hanging on the branch of a tree and then showed that what IT promised was a nice beautiful swing, billed for a roller coaster, design was a swing hanging between two trees in a impossible manner and stuff like that...
Does anyone have it... Just want to hang it in my new cubical...

Nope. I think that's the size I have.

I found a larger version, but when I try to view it I get a message saying access is forbidden. I think the site I found it on has removed it since Google scanned them.

I have a printout of that cartoon in my cube, but I can't find the file I printed. Mine was titled: "Why IT Projects Fail".

It's printed full size on about 1/2 sheet of paper. The text is easily readable.

My wife who works in IMD (Information Management Division), as a Sr. Systems Analyst, thought this was hilarious. It's a funny cartoon in any case though.
