Hi there...I dont know if it exists, but I'm looking for an AMD 939 or 940 pin, single processor mobo with on board 64 bit SCSI...any ideas?

I don't think so. If dual 940 would be acceptable, I'd highly suggest the Tyan Thunder K8WE S2895UA2NRF.

The reason you won't find any is because 64-bit HBA ICs are all PCI-X based at the moment, and that requires ETX form factor, at which point its just as well to have dual cpus.
