Looking for a board with Cyclone 2 and some sort of CPU

Looking for a board with Cyclone 2 FPGA and some sort of CPU maybe a ARM processor.

Looking for something around $200 MAX. So far i have yet to find one that is what i want for the price... I fear i might have to make my own which i have no idea how but would be a good learning experience using protel i guess

Another thought is to get a Cyclone 2 and use one of the many Open Cores out there.

Anyone have experience with the OpenCore CPUs; the good the bad they ugly?

The reason i want a new board is to have the ability to many more thing on board. This is hopefully going to be a nice dev board for senior design... Still looking into openCores for the CPU
