Looking for a better deal (asus r9 270x or zotac 750 ti oc)

I have two deals offered to me in my town.
1. ZOTAC NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti OC (ZT-70602-10M) 2GB
2. Asus AMD RADEON R9 270X (Strix)

I know the R9 is a lot more powerful than the 750ti. The R9 is offered to me for a price of 5500Rs(82 USD) and a 750ti oc for 7000rs(104USD). Problem is the r9 is a 2.5 yr old card with few months warranty left , but the 750ti is a 10 month old card with either 1 or 2 year warranty.
So iam a bit confused as which offer to get, as both have their age differences. Both are in their perfect working conditions though. Should i go with a 2.5 yr old asus r9 270x card or a 1 year old zotac 750tic? Please help me out guys and sorry for my bad english.

270x all the way - I played all my games on that card. I had to turn down a few settings, but it worked well.

R9 270X is almost as fast as the GTX960 2GB and would be ~40-45% faster than the 750Ti in modern titles on average. The warranty period is largely irrelevant here since the Strix will have superior build quality to the Zotac 750Ti.

This is not even a contest because you can get the R9 270X for less $ than the 750Ti.

but 750 ti? no way, that's a 260X competitor.
