I am assembling a secondary computer out of some old parts I have lying around for basic internet/office tasks and retro games. The only thing I need now is a decent processor HSF. I have a socket A cooler but it's quite loud (vantec FCE-62540D, 60mm 7000rpm fan) and only need something that will work relatively quietly for stock speeds, although this CPU is supposed to run somewhat hot. It would be good if the thing is $15 or less and has at least a 80mm fan. I already have some thermal paste (the ceramique stuff). This will be the system:

Athlon C tbird 1400mhz
ASUS A7M266 motherboard (has an AMD northbridge, something of a rarity)
512MB pc3200 samsung generic memory
Elsa Geforce 3
Diamond Voodoo2
Quantum 19GB hard disk (this is actually a 5.25" unit, looks funky)
SBLive 5.1
realtek 10/100 nic
samsung 52X CD drive
Future power 400W psu (pretty much generic but works quite well)
some cheap case, has a mobo tray though
old compaq 19" monitor
Win98 (might do a dual boot with XP, haven't decided)

Any recommendations?
