Looking for a basic 'batch' or 'script' to change backround image

I need it to change the background image then pause for 20sec then load a different background image.


Also is there a website or some sort of resource for learning basic VBS?
I find myself always needing something odd like this.

A little more explanation would be nice. Are you writing a webpage? Are you talking about a desktop?

I use Winwall... you can have it change backgrounds within a specified time or have it do it randomly. Been perfect for me.
