Looking for a backup utility and inter-office mail program.

I am looking for two "freeware" programs. I will take suggestions for cheap software as well:

1.) A backup utility that allows me to burn a CDRW every night of data that is worked on everyday.
2.) A free "email server" utility. Just something for inter-office mail. (Windows XP)

On my home lan I use Burrotech's OfficeMail email server. http://www.burrotech.com/officemail.php Works very well for me.

You can use the backup utility included with windows, and schedule it to backup to a file image using the task scheduler, then burn the image to cdrw every night using nero or whatever..

DannyBoy, can this be automated? I dont want to manually have to go burn the CD every night.

If you use the Windows scheduler, you can probably automate it. I don't know how to make it automatically burn files though. Maybe a script of some sort?
