I'm looking for a program that I could setup to burn a cd at night w/o anyone inputting anything.
i'd like to just leave a CDRW in the drive and have it overwrite it each nite, but I'd put a blank one in if necessary.
I remember one from back a few years ago, but forget the name.

there is a program called NTI Back Up Now that will back up whichever files you need to a CDRW or a CDR or you can have it back up your entire hard drive

It would be much safer to alternate at least 2 CDRWs, and keep the "other" one well away from the computer. Much better protection against theft, equipment fire / smoke (power supplies can die violently), CDRW shattering, etc.

Also since it's overnight you might set the record speed to 8x -12x even if your drive is faster to treat the disc more gently.

If you don't find a good backup program, some CD burning software might still support a command line / batch interface which you could either start manually or through Windows' scheduler.
