Also I have a question, this is tne front panel config., the power cable that goes to the front panel it has only two connectors, but the one that my case has it a three pin connector, how do I fix that?

just cut the connector in half, or use a pin to remove one of the wires from it and move it over to the next slot.

the 3 pin case connectors only use 2 wires so just move one over .

My old friend Osage :) - I did found a two pin connector so I cut the one from my case and reconnected with the new one, bingo, no more issue with the connector.
And for the backplatte, DJStillman (the seller) told me that the mobo come out of a server which has the backplatte already on the rack, so I cut one out of cardboard. Oh well.
