Looking for a 42" 1080p HDTV

I'm looking for an HDTV 1080p 42" for hopefully around $400. Does anyone have a suggestion? I see a lot of HDTV's for sale before the start of the NFL season. I was hoping to find a good deal on one. Does this animal exist?
Any ideas?

I wouldn't get an Insignia HDTV...there are plenty of LG, Sharp, Toshiba, etc. sets for around $400 if you're patient and search around. Take a look at the LG 42CS560 on Amazon, it's about $450 and has great picture quality/reliability.
