Looking for a 32bit pci riser which features 2 pci slots away from the cpu if looking from the i/o plate

I am looking for a riser that looks similar to the sketch below:

Legend:
(i/o= i/o plate pci=pci slot on mobo R=riser with 2 slots denoted by =====)


the riser must be able to accomodate 2 pci cards and face away from the i/o plate

Also, since this is a customized project, the riser must work with any mobo

Does such a device exist?
