Looking for a 1600x1200 Desktop LCD Monitor

Do you guys know if there's such a thing as a 1600x1200 15" Desktop LCD Monitor out there? I searched google, only thing I found were 19" and up.

My laptop has 1 VGA out, is there something that lets me connect 2 monitors to it to expand the resolution to both monitors while connecting to just 1 vga out on my laptop?

hehe...I want to expand my view on my laptop to a second monitor, but can't the physical size difference. Having an icon change to a different size when dragging it between the monitors can be annoying.

There is none. Price is often quoted as the reason; few people would choose to pay twice or even three times as much money for a 15" 1600x1200 lcd screen over a regular 1024x768, also since most people sit further away from a desktop vs laptop screen, 1600x1200 is a bit small on the eyes.

Most 1600 x 1200 LCD's are 20" plus. I do believe I saw a 19" that was though.. I don't remember the brand.

Imagine trying to read that tiny text in 1600x1200 on a 15" screen... *squints eyes*

17" and 18" - 1280x1024

19"+ - 1280x1024 - 1600x1200

Impossible on a 15" though LCD

Only same laptops might have that

yes it does exist: princeton graphics makes a 15" 1600x1200, http://www.princetongraphics.com/product_senergyseries.htm its part of their top series, so it aint cheap.

Sorry, but that just appears to downconvert from 1600x1200 to the native resolution of 1024x768. You won't be seeing 1600x1200 of detail.
