looking for a 120mm cpu fan

I currently have an XP-120 with a 120mm panaflo fan. It's nice and quiet and cools adequately for my needs, but it does not have an RPM sensing cable. Can anyone recommend a 120mm fan with RPM sensing that would be a comparable replacement as far as CFM and Db noise?
