Looking for 754 mbd with nforce430 chipset - or alternatives

So far I've found only the Albatron KM51PV-754, a 754 version of their 6150/430 board. All other motherboards using that chipset are 939, but nobody seems to be carrying it.

Background. I've got a 2800+ (754) running on a Chaintech VNF-250 that I intend to turn into a server (primarily NAS) down the road with a hardware raid controller, after K8L/Conroe settles down and I get a new system - probably in the 9-12 month timeframe. Since 754 is on its last legs, I figure I can upgrade the mobo to at least leverage some new technologies - mainly PCIe. Things I need:
*PCI-e x8 at least for a hardware raid controller down the road.
*on-board GigE for the performance boost.
*onboard vid. I don't game often, and whatever I get can't be worse than my Ti 4200. Not only would a vid card cost me money, but it'd burn up a PCIex16 slot that I'd need for RAID - meaning I'd have to purchase an expensive SLI board. I'm getting three months use of this computer before I put it in storage for three months (military training), so I'm not keen on burning money on a vid card I won't use.

A nforce 430 board would be perfect....but I can't seem to find one.

My other options:
*buy a nforce4 SLI board and a basic vid card - kicks the cost up $80 or so - probably the most likely option.
*PCI card.....ugh.....
*buy a PCIe GigE card
*Ditch the proc and mobo, buy a cheap sempron and a 939 board. Kinda pointless as I'd only be salvaging the RAM from my current setup. At that point, why not get an AM2 system and have more options going forward?
Edit: Ack, nm, Semprons don't come on the 939. So it'd be ditch the proc and mobo, buy cheap sempron and a AM2 board (and DDR2 memory)...and ditch the system core altogether. At that point I'd just get a new case, build a new computer, and call it a day.

Am I missing anything? I looked into the ULI and ATI chipsets and they don't seem to do integrated GigE
