Looking for <$200 Monitor

I am looking to buy a 24-inch monitor. I really do not want to spend more than that. I realize that probably the only panel types I will get are TN's.
Any recommendations?

I have a lot of questions:
1. Other than screen area, what is the difference between a 24inch 1920x1080 monitor and a 21.5inch 1920x1080 monitor?
2. Is the difference between a 21.5 inch, 23inch, and 24inch large?
3. Is 23.6inch basically 24inch?
4. In what areas are IPS panels mainly better than TN?

From these 5 monitors it sums down to:
1. Cheapest, 21.5 inch, 1080p
2. +$10 for TN --> IPS, but the SAME price as a 23.6 inch TN
3. Same price as #2, trades IPS in for more size
4. 23.6inch for $180
5. +.4inch for $20

If you had $10, would you spend it on 1.5 inch more area or IPS over TN?
Which of these do you think is the best buy? I am leaning toward the 23inch (Monitor 3) due to low price for a pretty large screen

I paid a few bucks more and picked up a HP 2511X it took me a bit to get use to the glossy screen but I am loving it now.

were it me, i'd go for a 120hz TN model with as low as possible imput lag :/

but then again i play quake.

I'd definitely go with #5 instead of #4, it's not just .4 inch difference, it has a 3ms faster response time. At this price range I wouldn't bother with an IPS, it's a cheap quality and it's small. The only difference between 21.5 1080p vs 24 108p is your PPI (Pixels per inch) would be higher on the smaller monitor.
