I need to downsize my rig for traveling. I'm looking at this case:

I've browsed Newegg and Amazon's selection of 1155 ITX motherboards, and need advice. Zotac has a Z68-based board with onboard WiFI (a big plus) but the reviews are not great, and I don't think it supports 22nm CPUs without a bios update. ECS, ASRock, Asus, FOxconn and Gigabyte all have H61-based boards available, but I don't know which of them will work with my CPU without an update. Does anyone have any experience with these? Any other suggestions? Z77 + WiFi is ideal, but neither is strictly necessary. I'm willing to go with a used or refurbished board, though new with warranty is preferable.

Currently leaning toward the ASUS P8H61I, because it claims to have PCIe 3.0 (is that possible on H61?) and has USB3 ports.

If you want to keep that OC, you'll be looking at a Z77, accept no substitutes.

Slim pickings. Personally, I'd hit up ebay for something.

Given the price premium for the enthusiast class LGA1155 ITX boards (I could sell mine for ~$50 more than I paid for it, looks like) you might actually save money if you sell your CPU and get a Haswell setup.

I'll give it some consideration. Which board would you recommend if I'm willing to go without my overclock for a while?

If you don't need WiFi, sure, not bad.

Did I miss something or do they not come with a backplate? That would annoy me but it won't keep your system from working.

For $60, this is what you get:

Looks pretty good to me.

It seems to have both a mini-PCIe and an mSATA slot.

With the money-back guarantee, I decided it was worth a try and ordered one. I may even use the tiny case that's with it when traveling, as I'm not likely to do much gaming.

Aye, aye. I'll do some research on it, and maybe replace that part, or perhaps everything except the motherboard (which is still a steal at that price).
