I'm looking for a dual processor AMD motherboard.
My system is going to be a workstation system doing lots of video and sound editing.
I tried the Asus A7M266-D, and A7M266-DL motherboards. The first one didn't support processors past MP 1900+, and the second one had a bad ide controller. So I'm not looking at the Asus stuff.
I'm looking into Tyan, but their price is pretty high, and it doesn't have a build in IDE raid controller which I am interested in.
What do you guys think of the Gigabyte GA-7DPXDW board? Would it fair well as a workstation board???
Any other boards you guys would recommend? Any help is greatly appreciated.
