i have 2 questions, how is toshiba for quality (compared to say, IBM, acer, dell, and compaq), and how does a celeron-m compare to a pentium-m, performance wise?

edit: apparently the quality is sh!tty on this and the add-on slots don't work. i'm calling this one off.
 
OK i found answer for the quility question, anyone know anything about a 1.5ghz c-m vs p-m?
