Looking at new 21" monitors, need opinions.

I am looking to get a new 21+ inch monitor to replace my 19" gateway that i've had for years. I'm looking for a new one because this gateway won't go above 1024x768 without disdtortion (wavy lines) and only has a max refresh of 75.

I saw this 21" monitor for under 500 at newegg with free shipping.

Does anyone have experience with this monitor? I'll be using it for gaming. In addition, i don't see anywhere if it says if it's a flat screen (not flat panel) and if it has an anti reflective coating.

I don't see much of a difference between this one listed and the two below it that are at least $150 more, is there a big difference? Thanks.

This is a really nice monitor. We bought one for my wife and yes it has the anti-reflective coating, and yes it is a flat screen. The trade off here with the E540 is max resolution and control options. BUT it has all the really important (in my mind) characteristics, like good dot-pitch and high refresh rates at the resolutions you will USE. It also has (at least on my wife's monitor) really sharp text which is a priority for me.

If you're not going LCD, this is a great bargain in my mind.
