Looking at houses, what does NB stand for?

My wife and I plan to move into our first house mid year. We have been looking to get an idea of whats available. She was looking today and noticed maybe of the descriptions had the abreviation NB in them. For instance one said "Downstairs-family room/NB.

I have no idea what that stands for, I did a quick search on google, and the best info I could come up with is a New Brunswick room, but I still have no idea what that is.

New basement, no basement, new bathroom, no bathroom, new build, New Brunswick, nancy-boy, nubile buttcrack

In the context of the line "Downstairs-family room/NB," I would think 'no bathroom' is most likely, meaning that they had to drop the bathroom to make room for the giganto family room. Otherwise my first guess would be 'New Build'

Dunno, but if you see WBS in your searches, it = Wood Burning Stove. That's 15 minutes of googling I saved you right there, the bill's in the mail.

I don't think it's "No Bathroom". When you advertise, you don't talk about what you don't have. That drives away buyers. Nobody says "Not much space" and "Cramped Yard" either.

Here is another example

Rooms:Eat Space/Kt, Living Room, Rec Rm/Bsmt, Util Rm/Nb

So I am guessing it isn't no basement.

geez a 10-20 second phone call would have this entire thing resolved.

I am looking on a real estate website, i don't see a number to call. I can email to set up an appointment, but it wasn't that terribly important to me right now. I just wondered if anyone knew.
