Ok.. I have $40 to use.. . any advise on what I might should get that is cool (For the computer that is)?

I have AMD Athlon XP2000+
256mb of DDR Ram
52x cdrw
128mb radeon 8500
60 gb hard-drive

Should I just upgrade on ram.. or should I get a game.. or should I get some cool hardware to put in it.. only $40 remember. I am having trouble selecting.
