I just bought my new PC and I was deciding which mouse. I heard the Intellimouse 3.0 came out and thought it would be a hella better than their old ones. Well i had it for a week now and i somewhat hate it. The accuracy is perfect but i hate the shape of it and all. I mean logitech ifeel is a lot better in shape, designed for both lefty and righty and i bet their mouse is a lot better than MS.. Cant wait 2 toss or sell my intellimouse 4 a logitech mouse
Happy Mousing (???)

yea i prefer logitech
I had the intellimouse explorer for two years, died on me twice and got it replaced at BBY. Finally i ended up buying the Logitech freedom cordless and i've had no problems since (the keyboard is sweet ;))

I can also vouch for logitech mice. Optical rocks.

Though I am using a Microsoft trackball explorer. My wrist is shot from a broken hand, and now a mouse just kills me. Tough luck I guess, but this is a great and very light on the hand and wrist. Can takes some getting used to for games, but after some time it can have its advantages.

Good luck with your search.

MS sucks. Logitech used to be the SH*T, until they added the Friggin' ^#*$% wheel! My favorite is still the wingman 3-button gaming mouse. That will always be the best. I wrote Logitech and asked for this style with optical, let's see if they can pull it out their arse!

I've had two of the Microsoft optical ones which are ambidextrous (they're I think almost the smallest mice u can buy from MS).. none of them have failed me (and I've had one for almost a year now).

I just bought a Logitech cordless wheelmouse and I'm extremely happy with it. Started buying Logitech a few years back and I have been happy with them ever since. :)

You're all wrong.:) Razer Boomslang 2000 rules. I have 'em all (Logitech, MS, and Razer), and nothing can touch the Razer. If you know how to keep your balls clean :), you can't go wrong there.

I love the Logitech shape and design but the drivers have NEVER worked right for me. I have to use that cumbersome wheel patch on their site for certain games to work, Q3 wont bind to the side button, etc. I've tried the method of using the generic mouse drivers or MS Intellimouse drivers but you lose functionality that way, and the MS drivers have really bad tracking, by that I mean even on a low speed setting the SMALLEST move results in at least a 5 pixel move (acceleration off). It's a shame.

I think I'm going to get a MouseMan Dual Optical, even though it's supposedly not much better than the ordinary MouseMan Optical.

Mouseman Optical all the way... it should last me years :)

Still... I LOVE my Logitech Gaming Mouse (wedge shape) for gaming. I still can't get used to an optical for gaming, since it doesn't slide right (for me).

I'm still using mine :) I love the smoothness of the tracking

The wheel feels weak now, though (been using this mouse for 4-5 years now)
