Lookin' for Video card and software for VCR recording!!

Soon I will be in charge of a new project at work. I will be given a fiber optic camera robot to record the structure of the cities storm pipe systems. The robot can be hooked up to a VCR. What I would like to do is also have a computer there as well so I can record and burn to CDROM. What Video card and Software do you think is recommended. I looked at the ATI products already. They seem nice. The ALL-IN-WONDER PRO only has 8MB of memory though. There are only a few ATI Products Supporting Digital VCR. I would love to get a 64MB card if I can . Any Ideas?????

IMO, I'd recommend the Gainward/Cardexpert GeForce2 Ti-500XP 64MB DDR VIVO for $129+S&H. It comes with the software for Video Capture, etc.
