Lookin for a new game, recomendations?

I kind of like WWII shooters, but right now it's kind of limited to like Call of Duty and Battlefield 1942. I have bf1942, but the game play has kind of gotten to me after 2 years of playing. I tried Castle Wolfenstine, didn't really like it, (is that the spelling?) so that leaves Call of Duty. I guess I should mention that right now I only have $25 bucks, so I can't really afford Call of Duty. 😕

I tried that, but as of right now my video card (Ti 4200) can't run it worth crap. I guess I also should mention that I really like Americas Army. BTW, does "tatical shooter" mean anything? Games like UT2004, well like I said, I DID try it, but it's just holding down the fire button and sweeping the screen...😕

Pretty much any of Tom Clancy's games you'll like... Raven Shield is very good... as is Ghost Recon (and all it's mods/expansions). They're VERY tactical games... can't just run and shoot or you'll never make it past the first level.
Don't know if you'd like RTS (real time simulator) games, but Blitzkrieg is pretty good.
Can't recommend any EA games, as you can see from my sig 😀
Some games to look for that should be coming soon are Far Cry and Joint Operations. (those are two I'm waiting for anyway)
Maybe check out Blackhawk Down too.

Heheh......which reminds me just how different SoF2 multiplayer is versus UT2004....with regards to the players who play them. In UT, you won't see a more immature group online. The smack talk is pretty severe and some of those handles......sheesh. I can't repeat them here. It's not just the usual sexual/body parts references.....it's the bigoted racial stuff that makes you shake your head. I've played SoF2 multiplayer since it's come out and you see this to a *much* lesser degree.

If his system can't handle UT2k4 it isn't going to handle Far Cry.
I would strongly recommend taking a look at Raven Shield. I've been playing the game a lot since release, and I'm a huge fan. It's twice the game CS is, and it's a lot of fun. Very intense. And you can pick it up for cheap too.
Have you checked out any of the dozens of mods for BF? If you don't like BF's gameplay, there are quite a few good mods for it (as well as BF: Vietnam being released later this month). Chief among the mods I'd say is Desert Combat (In terms of popularity), which is basically BF with updated weaponry and new maps.
