Lookin for a good sub - $200 19". Advice please!

Guys, I'm looking to buy a good 19" monitor. I got a budget of $200 max and I'd prefer a flat screen CRT, performing at least 75Hz @ 1600x1200. I'm thinking of getting a KDS Xflat XF9E but I'm open to other suggestions. Please advise.
 
i picked up a samsung 19" at my local samsclub for 180. had a 3 year warrenty and for 4 bucks more you could get a 4 year warrenty. it had a .20 dot pitch. it was a flat screen crt also with the anti reflective coating.

That sounds like a samsung 955DF. I've looked at that already but from what I know, its refresh rate at 1600x1200 is 67Hz. Like I wrote before, I'm looking for something that will do 1600x1200 @ 75Hz minimum. Thanks anyway. Suggestions please.
