ok its a 90's rock song, it sounds like Stone Temple pilots kinda style, the song has the same guitar riff throughout it, a catchy one. The only lyrics I can recall are "dont worry about, dont think about, dont talk about, thats ok just hear me out" thoose lyrics are probably quite off too, but he says dont a lot.
 
I actually knew what you were talking about as well. It's so easy to find songs these days just with a few detials, it's great. The future is now! 😛
