Look what I just found

This was my grandfathers, subsequently it is now mine

There's also a Soligor 85/205mm Macro/Zoom lens, going to try this thing out tomorrow, should make for some fun times. This is great because I just had to give up my Minolta SLR to my parents :|

I have one that my grandfather gave me YEARS ago. I haven't used it since I was 12.

I think I'll go dust it off.

To tell you the truth, past the fact that Canon's are made to last and always have been great cameras, I wouldn't be able to tell you. I do know that it looks slick as hell and is already nicer to use than a full auto digital (maybe not a Digital SLR). The macro lens is incredible, the damn thing weighs more than most small animals I bet.
