Is it that Playboy Radio is dumb, a bad place to work or that they have too many hot girls on there that are getting to the end of their careers as hot girls. They were also sued by a porn woman who had been in the business a long time and I believe she was claiming sexual harassment by her co-hosts WHILE THEY WERE ON THE AIR not sure what the shows name was but I'm sure it was dirty talk or something similar.

If they were paying $500,000 each for bruises like that I would ask for one on each cheek. Nobody would want to look at my bruises though.

I'm not saying that wouldn't hurt like hell, but it's an obvious risk - waivers should have been signed and insurance companies consulted.

Of course, insurance companies probably would have said "no."

Definitely not worth 300k pounds.

It's obviously a money grab, from the size of that bruise it looks like the radio host used full force in that swing, in such a stunt unless done by a professional I'd expect him to just gently hit the ball. I'm also curious as to what kind of permanent injuries she could possibly suffer from a bruised buttock. That's probably the most pertinent part of this whole lawsuit, it may sound funny but if she really suffered some kind of permanent injury that's really detrimental to the quality of life then that makes it serious, but I can't imagine what that could be.

Your thinking about it from the wrong perspective. She makes her living from that ass. She can't work all bruised up.

Showing some cheek asking for $500k, but should get some compensation, medical care plus lost work, maybe some stupid tax.

Some Math geek should calculate whether it's even possible she wouldn't get hit doing this. :hmm:

So she brought this on herself, unless he hit the ass on purpose but that's not the lawsuit says according to the article and it's also impossible to prove.

In tort law, this argument amounts to the defense of consent. It is a bit like when two hockey players check each other while playing hockey. They both consented to the contact, which means that when one of them gets checked by the other, the party that was hit usually cannot successfully sue for the tort of battery. Here, the model had to have been aware of the risk, and she consented to it by clenching the stick holding the little white ball between her butt cheeks.
