Yea, her case is going nowhere, I'm a golfer and trying to adjust your swing from a normal tee-off to elevated "7-8 would probably cause me to miss-hit as well, she should have had a pro golfer do this, they practice hitting from odd angles as part of their game, asking an amateur to do this is dumb plus that's just a big contusion, it will clear up in time and she will suffer no permanent physical damage. The story also says that this was the DJ's second attempt. The first swing he missed completely. So if she was under the impression that no swinging would occur then clearly that was her chance to stand up and say no thanks.

He's probably a really crappy golfer LOL, I'm an experienced but still crappy golfer LOL. Have your tee shot land in a fairway bunker and try and "pluck" it off the sand to get it near the green, it's not easy to do. Like I mentioned earlier a pro can pull off this type of thing, letting Joe six-pack hacker have a whack at a ball tee'd on your ass is BEGGING to get yourself whacked, I hope the Judge throws out the case..
