I read that story this morning.

It's understandable. Her son died, so its pointless to look for common sense in her actions. I am sure we all would be looking for someone to blame.

I feel bad for her.

How about holding her son, her son's girlfriend, and the person who threw the party responsible?

"Jodie Pisco, of Reno, contends Coors has failed in its duty to protect the country's youth from drinking."

God forbid that she actually be a parent and protect her own kid. It's damn unfortunate that her son died but blaming a beer company for something that isn't their fault is just stupid.

Didn't one family sue coke because their drunken son got crushed by a machine in an attempt to get free drinks?

Beer got the son, now if we can just get the mom too...... I think a .243 is a good choice on that one

Man... nobody's willing to take responsibility for their own actions anymore. Everybody's gotten so into projecting responsibility on everyone else that now beer companies are responsible for the actions of people who drink their beer? Wow...

just... wow...
