Alright, im not by far a n00b, but i just need a few peers to review my list and maybe suggest more or cheaper parts.

I am using my exsiting RAM Monitor HDD.

Here are my list, some may contain more than one due to pricing or availablility.

Now im not mr money. im currently going for about $430 budget for a mobo cpu case and psu. Nothing more or less.

Also i am thinkign on waiting for cyber monday for some sales or new years, i need to know if they have pretty good sales on newegg or amazon on cyber monday, how low do prices get since ive never went online shopping during cyber monday anyways.

And lastly, what do you think about my parts? im pairing this with my current GT 640 1GB OC from EVGA. Im coming from AMD Athlon x2 250 cpu, im keeping my HDD's and RAM like i said. Thanks guys.

The AMD just are not as good as Intel, whether they say 8 core vs 4 or whatever, they aren't there in terms of actual performance:

You may still favor the AMD setup, but I personally wouldn't.

Please copy & paste the actual model names and numbers in a post rather than multiple links to another site.

Why not simply wait until "cyber Monday" and buy everything in one fell swoop?
Or: maybe just get the case & CPU cooler now, if there's bargains available on those.
There's usually limited return windows on electronic items, so better to assemble & test everything fairly soon after getting them.

I'm not sure your point is valid.

If they buy cpu/mb/psu/case, that is what most companies call a 'barebones kit.' If they slap in their ram, disk, and video, they are up and running on new hardware using the plan they had initially. Spending $430 on a barebone now is something they can use now. I could get if they were buying the CPU now and not the board or something, but it sounds to me like they'll have all they need to slap things together.

So what i decided on doing is sticking with AMD, and going for the red/black NZXT H440 and the MSI black/red MOBO, im wondering if i could hold off the PSu for a while, im using a 350W psu, and all my parts ran on a 220W PSU, all i did is get a GT640 and that 350PSU, i was thinking if i could run the 8320 on 350W. including my GPU which uses 50W.

Can you give us some insight on why you want to go with the lower performing option when mvbighead gave a higher-performance one right at your budget?
