I came accross this article. A person stops and goes to the overlook to take a picture and on the way back is bit by a copperhead. After her foot swells up she goes to the hospital. Price tag for the medical care is over $50k.

Look out for snakes. Wearing flip flops or sandals is cool but around any kind of overgrown area around trails or forests try wearing Leather hiking boots. The area was not even a trail but just some area that you are not really expecting to see a snake.

Copperheads are a type of reddish colored shake like a rattle snake. If it is cooler they like to sit in the sun in the middle of a trail. Dont mess with snakes. Look before you walk.

"It felt just like a bee sting," Weiss told local station NBC4. "There were two fang marks with liquid coming out."

Those thinking of Obammacare should note:

“It’s not a number I can really wrap my head around,” Weiss said. Health insurance would bring the cost down to a few hundred dollars, according to NBC4. But the woman’s insurance had just lapsed."

Well for spiders it involves milking thousands of spiders and injecting the venom into horses then pumping out the blood and collecting the antibodies. A pretty expensive process.

Wild bush is the best bush.

until it gets stuck between your teeth and you cant pull your face away while your 3 years old standing there trying to figure out what the heck is going on with mommy and daddy.

Sorry to digress. The only good snake is a dead snake.

Same for sharks, jellyfish, spiders, dogs, or any other animal or thing (guns?) that might cause harm to people? Kill them (or get rid of them) all?

wear long pants when hiking in snake country or in the bush.

I've had several snap at me and thankfully not been bitten by a poisonous one.

The same treatment for your dog would only cost about $600. Also, your dog would be admitted treated and discharged in the amount of time it takes for you to die in the ER waiting room.

How's that free market price elasticity working for you?

Last I checked guns aren't alive. Nice try though bringing your totally unrelated gunophobia in here
