I 'm building an acrylic smal flat case, and need:

A Motherboard that includes built in:
Ethernet (10-100), Sound(good one), video (with TV out)
also it has to be smal, just need 1 or 2 pci, and maybe agp if the video doesnt include tv out.

I was thinking NFORCE? but whats the price?small factor?tv out?

you guys always know the answer, help me on this.
 
if you want something cheap you might check out pcchips 810lmr it is totally integrated, includes video/sound/lan/modem

it is also very small (2 pci slots) and newer revisions have an agp slot the price is around $60


it doesnt have tv out (i dont know of any integrated sockA board with tv out)
