It's a Dual PIII 933, which cracks only at nights, or from about 7pm to 7am. So about 12 hours.

That is a little low for a dual PIII-933. According to the speeds page, you should be getting about 5.2 mkeys/sec (5200 kkeys/sec).

Is that rate the benchmarked rate or the rate you get from normal use?

That's the rate I get from normal use. Does it matter for how long, like since it's only from 7pm-7am? How can I banchmark?

To benchmark, you can click on the cow icon and then right-click in the window and choose Benchmark... assuming the client is installed as a System Tray icon and not a service, on a Windows computer. Otherwise, there is a command-line switch for it, LMK if you need it and I'll find it for you tonight (lunch hour here).
