Urthel Samaranth Quadruple Ale 🙂. It was a nice surprise this morning to find it sitting on my desk

For those who arent' familiar with it, it's a Belgian Quadrulpe Ale, with 11.5% Alc.

So, should I drink it all up in an extended holiday weekend of drunkness and debauchary, or age it, and save it for a later day?? I know there are beer connoisseurs at ATOT.... make your presence felt.
