My experiences with Atacom have been less than desirable, last year I ordered a hard drive, mobo, and processor from them...both the hard drive and the mobo were bad, trying to get them replaced was extremely difficult (partly due a hefty language barrier) and I ended up have to order from another company and swallow a fairly substantial restocking fee. I hope your experiences are better, as for me I would never go with them again.
 
i've almost always ordered from atacom (before newegg) and ive nevrer had a problem.
The language barrier has always been there, but its never been much of a hinderance (for those of you who dont know, their csr's dont speak english all that well)
