You are bidding on a Cingular 2125 Smartphone Cellphone. BRAND NEW IN BOX

This includes:

* Cingular 2125
* Phone Charger (AC)
* Stereo headset
* USB sync cable
* Quick Start Guide
* Getting Started CD
* Carrying Case (Soft)
* Attached battery on phone

This phone has been used with some minor scratches. Seller states working condition but can't verify. The phone does turn on. No SIM card.

New in Box, yet its used? Huh?

I never post auction pics smaller than 1600x1200. And I always take the time to shoot auction photos of the product I'm selling. But I guess I'm abnormal among ebay sellers.

1600x1200 is insane. Thanks for thinking of the bandwidth.

If more people learned to take pictures and then compress them properly it would be a godsend.

This is very typical for users on eBay. They even say test, but still brand new.
Or brand new, but opened to take pictures.
I always shrink my pictures as a lot of people don't like waiting for the pictures to load.
Plus most items don't need a huge resolution picture to take up their screen when a simple picture would do just fine.
You can probably report that guy to eBay.

My wife bought a bra on ebay before. It was supposed to be this expensive vitoria secret 34 DD.

They sent her a single D with the tag cut off. Can't wear a D, so she wanted to send it back but a little too late she found out they didn't have any contact info other than an email address they won't reply to. Then while digging into the fine print, she finds out it probably wasn't even a Victoria Secret bra, just some imitation.
