Charged me $4.00 for shipping. Only put on $1.30 and came 22 cents postage due!

I ordered something from this guy in the past, and some items arrived used, even though he listed as new. In his response to my "neutral" feedback he said I was wrong. This guy sells alot of DVDs so he gets overwhelmingly positive feedback, but his response to complaints are arrogant and just plain stupid.

Be warry of him if you plan to make a purchase.

The only part that is wierd is that it came $.22 postage due. That is just plain wrong. But the fact that shipping was only $1.30 and he charged $4.00 is fine as long as it's posted in the auction what he is charging.

I think the recipient was upset that he had to pay the $.22, not that the postage only cost $1.55 total rather than $4.

Heres a neutrl i noticed while scouring through:

Item came quickly but was impossible to get ahold of via e-mail...

umm, customer service is a priority? isn't it? if theres not good communication, then thats more that i should ask for.

In my case I ordered a 5 DVD set. 1 DVD was clearly opened and resealed, and was missing an insert.

I gave him the neutral more because he was unresponsive to my inquiries than the actual problem. Then he had the balls to respond I was wrong.

Where does it say $0.22? I see $4.00 shipping clearly listed on the auction.

The seller only put $1.30 postage on the package when correct postage is $1.52. But the post office delivered it anyway.

Not necesarily. If you want good customer service, then pay full retail at a storefront that pays more than minimum wage to its employees. I'll be satisfied with fast delivery only in exchange for paying less. Plus, I'll bet this guy bid first, then asked questions later, which is the wrong way of going about it.
