I've never noticed any meaningful performance difference, regardless of how fragmented my HDs are, since about the P2 era. Does it seem snappier after a defrag when they get that bad?

pretty!!!

I have norton run everyday at 2 am so I dont have to worry about it. Norton also auto-updates and runs a virus scan once a day. I like norton.

yes it does, it helps alot, more so on the windows drive but it helps all around
