I own an elgato eyetv200 that I have been using with my rev D 12 in powerbook.. It has worked wonderful, but it limits the amount of portability the powerbook has due to the extra wires.. I would like to use it with my pc if possible. Elgato said its possible, but they dont support pc use with their products. So I have two questions:
1. What are some good free PVR/DVR programs out there?
2. Has anyone heard of this working?
I love the eyetv200 but i would like to be a little bit more moble with my laptop.....
Specs of my pc are:
AMD64 3000 Venice
Biostar Mobo
2 gigs PC3200 Ram
250 gig hd
36 gig hd
Firewire card
dvd/dvdr drive
