Longest Hard Disk power on hours

I got a 1TB HDD on my current rig with 39,128 hours of 'mileage'. As per this website (http://www.hdsentinel.com/help/en/54_pot.html), this is what it says:

"By default, the total expected lifetime of a hard disk in perfect condition is defined as 5 years (running every day and night on all days). This is equal to 1825 days in 24/7 mode or 43800 hours."

Any area for concern? I already had a first HDD on that rig die due to old age/constant use (~5 years constant use)

Depends. After five years of *continuous up-time*, I would probably have a mind to replace it, regardless. But often, doing a surface scan will turn up marginal or unreadable sectors, which will show up as "Pending Sectors" in the SMART data. You can also sometimes notice the HDD slowing down inexplicably, which is another sign that it's on the way out.

Either way, make sure that you have backups!
