Long sustained beep, then pause, etc

Just bought this mobo off someone here on the forum. Upon installation computer has a long sustained beep, then pause, then continues. Everything powers up just fine, can hear the hard drive running, vid card starts up. The seller said that the mobo is very touchy with the vid card being sat. So resat it multipled times in and out of the case. CPU was also purchased from someone here on the forums (He has good Heat though) so i'm ruling out the CPU.

MSI K8N Neo Nforce 3
A64 3400
Kingston KVR 1gb pc3200
BFG 6800gt

Also tried to clear the CMOS and remove the battery..no dice. Anyone?

My friend has the same problem with his motherboard. it is very very very touchy when it comes to the seating of the video card and gives a long beap. Also change the power cord that goes to your video card. Make sure that the video card has its OWN power cable because i have the same video card and it EATS juice. If your power cable is being shared with a fan or a hard drive, i garuntee thats your problem.

Yeah..thats the next thing I tried is having a dedicated cable for the video card. As for the power supply..it's a brand new Antec 450w
