My mom is awesome.
She's on her feet at work.
Her feet cause her excruciating pain.
HOPING that someone here or someone you may know is a podiatrist in the NW PA area.
(she's been to several with no relief)

I don't know any podiatrists, but just some other suggestions:
Better insoles and/or arch supports.

Both of those have been tried... as well as custom made shoes made specifically for her feet.

I bought the custom shoes since insurance wouldn't even think about it. But sadly, they didn't work.
