Long shot: Any Avaya IP Office techs here?

I did an IP Office install and the customer needs the Call Listen feature to work.

Avaya broke the Call Listen feature with version 2.1(27).

They fixed it with 2.1(276905), but they took the .bin files off of their FTP site last week and replaced it with the newer 2.1(30).

They then realized that 2.1(30) is too buggy and took it down and won't put another version back up until 2.1(31).

GUYS! I need a version > 2.1(27)!!!

Can anyone here help me find a download?!?!

Thanks!

Rogue: My thought and sentences are quite complete. Thank you. If you can't understand them, then they are clearly over your head and do not need your response. 😉

Just like if you were to come in here and attempt to discuss oral examinations of the rectum, I certainly wouldn't be able to participate in any way, so I would have to pass up the opportunity to respond. 😀

Secondly, If Off Topic isn't the correct forum, I would like for you to look in the left hand column where "Categories" are listed and tell me where it belongs. Again, since you do not understand the subject at hand, I'm certain you can not answer the question. 😉

Thank you for your participation. 😀

jonnyGURU, they had avaya phones at a place I worked at last year, biggest pieces of sh!t EVER, I'm talking about the cordless type, I dont even know where to start.

1: The damn things would blank out randomly a dozen times a day, sometimes your call would still be there when the phone came back to life.

2: If you were dialing and a call came in it would automatically answer WHILE YOU WERE DIALING OUT :|

3: You could be standing under an antenna a get poor/no signal, walk around in a 10ft circle for a minute and it might get better

4: How about being in the middle of a call and all of the sudden their is this ear splitting static BRRZZZZZPPSDPAPDDPEPFPRW

5: The co. said there was a recall for the battery that would fix everything, after a year and a half, no new batteries

6: If you were going to transfer a call and you already had one on hold and a call came in you were stuck until you got to another phone to take the incoming call or someone else answered it.

Bah, thats all I can remember, it has been6 months since I had to use one of those evil devices, ah, I was told that the cordless handsets were $1200.00 each :Q

Sounds like you need to get a hold of an engineer at Avaya and beg. 😀

Slacker,

That doesn't help me at all man, since I'm not talking about a cordless phone and you're certainly not talking about anything pertaining to IP Office. 😛

wbresson,

All I want is someone to email me a version that's already out. I don't really want 2.1(30) or higher. I just want anything 2.1(27) that's final that fixes the problem with call waiting. 🙁
