Long range Wireless Ethernet Routers?

Anyone know of anything like this? I need something LONG RANGE, 5-7miles. Is it possible? I heard they reviewed something similar to TECH TV earlier. Anyone know?

You can probably do it with microwave or laser, maybe public-spectrum microwave (like SyLink).

How fast does it need to go? what's the terrain like between endpoints?

What's the weather like in your neighborhood? (Snow, heavy rain, Dust....).

How critical is the connection? if you need five 9's, you're probably SOL, if an occasional drop out won't bother you too much, it's not cheap, but it's no big deal.

Some that I've seen:

Cannon Canobeam (up to 600Mb/s) (Saw it at a show, pretty cool stuff)
Proxim Stratum 100 - 100Mb/s plus 2 T1's (Actually used this one for ~3 miles, pretty sweet worked fine, didn't loose signal in the Seattle earthquake this year)
