Long lag w/ letters appearing on screen in outlook

Hello, many users are experiencing a problem with letters being shown on the screen after they type it in Outlook, using different versions. I have seen this on 2 different networks now, and it starts within the last 2 weeks or so. I did read up on a file goign corrupt but I cannot find it anymore. Has anyone else seen this problem?

It only happens in Outlook and not MS Word or elsewhere? I assume you checked to make sure CPU isn't spiking and they aren't paging?

I checked online and it has to do with IE7 and restricted zones, and how outlook now uses IE7 settings for HTML! Interesting.
