YAPHANK, Long Island -- A Long Island man, arraigned Monday with sexually molesting a 3-year-old boy, also faces arraignment Tuesday on charges of sexually abusing a 16-month-old boy.
Suffolk County police arrested Alex Dayton, 34, of East Patchogue, Saturday on charges of sexually molesting a 3-year-old boy.
The abuse allegedly occurred over five months between May and September 2005 at a business in Patchogue, according to The Associated Press.
Dayton was arraigned in Central Islip Monday on charges of criminal sexual act, sexual conduct against a child and endangering a child's welfare.
Investigators identified another alleged victim, a 16-month-old boy, who was allegedly abused in front of the toddler's home in Patchogue, last year, according to The Associated Press.
Dayton will be arraigned on a sex abuse charge Tuesday in Central Islip.
