Long DVI Extension Cables

I'm thinking of shifting all of my gear except the three monitors to an office table away from my desk. Can you buy longer digital monitor extension cables? Do they degrade performance?

you can indeed buy extension cables. DVI is better since it's digital. as long as the cable is of sufficient quality and shielded well, it will be fine. (BTW, that doesn't mean paying $200 for a monster cable)

Thanks for the input Forummaster. I see they have a 15' cable at Newegg for only $10, guess I'll give it a try.

Monoprice has DVI cables up to 50 ft. Longer cables, provided they are in spec, will not produce any detectable problems.
